Quotations and estimates
Estimates issued through this website are indicative and valid for 30 days. Final contract values are confirmed only after a site inspection and a signed agreement.
Project execution
Scope, specification, payment milestones and timelines are governed exclusively by the signed construction agreement, which supersedes any information presented here.
Warranty and liability
Defect liability and structural assurance apply as stated in the project agreement. We accept no liability for works altered by third parties after handover.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu.
